Paragliding in Danyang and Gosu cave
Korea is experiencing its coldest winter week. There were about -17 degrees Celsius. The chilly day. It's strongly advised to stay inside, right? Yet, it does not apply to explorers. I didn't just go outside; in the cold, I was flying. This was one of my most fascinating days in Korea. I went paragliding in Danyang, Korea. I did have a lot of fear of heights at first, but as soon as I inflated my parachute, the breathtaking scenery made all of my anxiety vanish.
There was a completely frozen river. From
above, it appeared to be an ice cube. The air was icy chilly. But I'm not
bothered by it at all. I was totally immersed in the setting. Certain
experiences are indescribable in words. It was one of those occasions.
I went to the Gosu cave after I finished
the paragliding. It was my first time visiting a cave of that size. I couldn't
recall the precise length. I estimate that it might be 1.5 km long. Although it
was bitterly cold outside, the temperature within the cave was quite typical.
It's the cave's beauty. I was immediately enthralled not only by the
construction of the cave but also by the effort the Koreans had taken to keep
such a sizable cave in good condition. The paths they carved out inside the
cave were very impressive.
It was one of the best days.
